DescriptionWhy This Role MattersThe Dishwasher plays a vital role in our kitchen by ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, utensils, and work areas in accordance with food safety regulations and company standards. This position is essential to maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming dining environment for both our team and our guests.What You'll DoCollect used kitchenware, utensils, and dishes from dining and kitchen areas in a timely mannerLoad, operate, and unload dishwashing machines safely and efficientlyWash large or delicate items by hand as needed (e.g., rice pots, oversized cookware, specialty glassware)Ensure clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are properly sanitized, organized, and stocked to support smooth kitchen operationsMaintain inventory of cleaning supplies and promptly notify a supervisor when stock is lowInspect and report any issues with dishwashing equipment or kitchen sanitation concernsRemove garbage, recyclables, and compost in accordance with company procedures and OSHA standardsClean and sanitize designated kitchen areas, storage spaces, and restrooms as assigned, following OSHA, local health department, and company guidelinesFollow all food safety, health, and sanitation procedures, including proper chemical handling, labeling, and PPE useSupport kitchen staff during peak service times by anticipating needs and communicating proactivelyUphold company values of teamwork, integrity, and respect while supporting a safe and inclusive workplaceWhat's In It For YouCompetitive pay ($17.50/hr. – $20.25/hr.
