The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the stone industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to cultivate lasting relationships with clients. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our operations. Key Responsibilities:* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service. * Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for quartz and granite products. * Meet or exceed established sales targets and revenue goals. * Educate clients on product offerings, including features, benefits, and applications. * Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies. * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. * Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts with customers. * Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products. * Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities. * Provide leadership and guidance to junior sales associates.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). * Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the quartz and granite distribution industry or related field. * Strong understanding of quartz and granite products, applications, and market demands. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * A results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. * Availability to travel for client meetings and events as required.Compensation:* Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Performance-based commission structure.How to Apply: Please submit your resume, cover letter, and relevant references to qar.admin@myquartzamerica.com
