CNC Machine Operator - Setup & Fabrication

Job DescriptionIMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking a CNC Machinist for Adams Thermal Systems in Canton, SD. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who is comfortable operating machinery, completing setups and producing parts to specifications.ResponsibilitiesPerform machine setups, tool changes, offsets, and complete changeoversOperate machinery and perform fabrication/assembly workTroubleshoot and resolve production-related issuesComplete first-piece inspections and quality documentationRead blueprints and verify dimensions and tolerancesUse calipers, height gauges, and other measuring equipmentPerform minor maintenance and daily preventative maintenanceMaintain tooling, machinery, and a clean work areaFollow all safety procedures and requirementsCross-train on additional machines and processes as needed JobTargetQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMachine operation experience or willingness to learnGood math and blueprint-reading skillsExperience with G-code is preferredAbility to work independently and troubleshoot problemsAbility to lift up to 40 lbsMust be organized and willing to work overtime/Saturdays as needed#INDSXF #TALROO
