Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Up to $60,000 dependent on experience

Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Logistics Coordinator to support incoming orders, data entry, and logistics coordination. This role relies on strong computer skills, clear communication, and sound judgment to help keep daily operations accurate, organized, and on schedule.
What You Will Do
· Process incoming orders and complete accurate, timely data entry.
· Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, pickups, and delivery timelines.
· Track orders, shipment status, and inventory information; flag shortages, delays, or discrepancies promptly.
· Prepare and maintain shipping documents, order records, and logistics data accurately.
· Communicate clearly with teammates and cross-functional partners to resolve order or process questions.
· Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining close attention to detail.
· Contribute to a positive, collaborative, team-based work environment.
What You Bring
· Experience in a brewery, manufacturing, warehouse, or comparable operations environment.
· Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to learn order-entry, inventory, or warehouse-management systems quickly.
· Basic math skills, strong decision-making ability, and dependable attention to detail.
· A positive work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
· Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: Up to $60,000
