This is a great chance to be part of an awesome team that you can be proud of and truly enjoy, day in and day out!Responsibilities: \nProvide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service in a fast-paced, high-standards environment\nDevelop specials that highlight seasonal ingredients and offer guests unique, exciting options beyond the seasonally changing menu\nContribute ideas and development support for seasonal menu planning\nWork efficiently during service while maintaining food quality and consistency\nRecruit, onboard, train, schedule, and supervise back-of-house staff\nSupport the Chef in daily kitchen operations and service execution\nLead and supervise kitchen staff during shifts, ensuring standards are met\nCook on the line as needed while maintaining quality, consistency, and timing\nAssist with training, coaching, and development of kitchen team members\nEnsure recipes, portioning, and presentation standards are followed\nMonitor food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen\nAssist with prep planning, inventory, ordering, and product rotation\nHelp manage labor, food waste, and overall kitchen efficiency\nStep in to resolve issues during service and support smooth operations\nCommunicate effectively with the chef, kitchen team, servers, bartenders, support staff, and managers to ensure smooth service flow\nFollow proper food handling, storage, and labeling procedures\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of station, equipment, and work areas\nUse kitchen equipment safely and properly\nAssist with prep, cleaning, and kitchen side work as needed\nSupport menu rollouts, seasonal changes, and staff education in collaboration with Management Team\nAdhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations\nUphold Harvest's brand, service standards, hospitality culture and policies\nAssist with opening and closing duties and other side work\nPerform additional duties as needed to support kitchen and restaurant operations\nBenefits of working for Harvest:\n401k with Company Match – up to 4% Match and 100% vested once eligible\nMedical, Dental, and Vision Benefits\nHarvest Scholarship Program\nEmployee Referral Program\nFlexible Schedule\nGrowth and Development Opportunities\nEco-conscious Company\nSeasonally-changing Menu\nCompetitive Pay\n
