Dynamics 365 CE Tester
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented D365 CE/FO Tester to lead and execute testing efforts across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and Finance (FO) platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing, and a strong understanding of business processes and system integrations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a SAFe Agile environment and have a passion for quality assurance, continuous improvement, and emerging technologies such as AI-driven testing.Essential FunctionsDesign and execute comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.Manage and execute manual and automated test cases using tools like Azure DevOps, AccelQ, Selenium, and otherframeworks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.Participate in Agile ceremonies and align testing efforts with SAFe principles.Document defects, test results, and maintain detailed logs.Support end-user testing and provide walkthroughs of features.Leverage AI-based testing tools to enhance coverage and efficiency.Continuously improve test automation processes and coverage.Required ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.4+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing.3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance.Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies.Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM Octane).Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE)Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Experience working within the SAFe frameworkPreferred ExperienceSAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Tester)Experience in integrated environments involving CE and F&O data exchange.Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and Finance processes.Background in project management, change management, or business analytics.This will be a long-term contract opportunity. The initial contract will be for 12 months. There is a high likelihood that this is a multiyear opportunity – with the possibility of conversion to being a full-time employee of our client.Location: The client would prefer candidates local to Northern Virginia or Chicago (near O’Hare). If you live in either location, you may be required to be in the office 2 days/week.
