We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth.Required Skills:6 8 years of experience as a systems engineerExperience designing, building, and maintaining Amazon Connect contact flows and routing logicAbility to implement dynamic and skill-based routing using AWS Lambda (Node.js or Python) and DynamoDBExperience integrating Amazon Lex bots, third party APIs, and enterprise systems (CRM, case management, etc.)Ability to manage call recording, error handling, and failover routing logicExperience configuring queues, routing profiles, and hours of operationStrong troubleshooting skills using CloudWatch and optimizing routing performanceAbility to provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and architectural guidanceExperience working cross functionally with cloud, security, telephony, and support teamsFamiliarity with version control and CI/CD pipelines for Lambda deploymentsUnderstanding of Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and modern engineering practicesKnowledge of enterprise scale, highly available platform architectureExposure to omnichannel contact center platforms (voice, chat, email, messaging) such as Genesys or Avaya (plus)Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and container based development (plus)Hands on AWS experience or demonstrated commitment to building cloud expertise (training, certifications)Proven ability to work independently in high visibility, time sensitive situationsSelf -starter with curiosity, collaboration, and a passion for continuous learningEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO) StatementVLink is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated.
