Job OverviewWVU Medicine, West Virginia University Health System Medical Group (WVUHS Medical Group) is actively recruiting a Hospitalist Physician for Thomas Health System in Charleston, WV and South Charleston, WV.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive inpatient clinical care to patients with disease and injuries of the human internal organ system.Establish preventive health practices for patients.QualificationsM.D. or D.O. degree or foreign equivalent.Completed residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.West Virginia Medical License eligible.Board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.LocationWest Virginia’s capital city is perfectly positioned at the confluence of the Kanawha and Elk rivers.
