Content Lead
Redan is seeking a hands-on Content Lead to own and operate our content ecosystem end-to-end.This role is responsible for how content is planned, created, captured, released, and distributed — both for our members and externally across social, PR, and brand channels.This is a builder role. You will set the process, execute the work, and ensure Redan's content shows up consistently, on time, and at the right level of quality.What You'll OwnContent Operations & ProcessBuild and manage content plans, calendars, and release schedulesOwn channel-specific posting and distribution (member-facing and external)Weekly Content OversightProvide a clear weekly update outlining:What is being released this weekWhat is being captured or created this weekWhat is scheduled for capture or creation next weekCreative Direction & Production OversightHire and manage third-party photographers, videographers, editors, and studiosBrief, schedule, and oversee creative partnersMaintain Redan's quality bar across all outputsBrand ConsistencyEnsure all content reflects Redan's voice, tone, and aestheticAct as the connective tissue between events, product launches, partnerships, and storytellingNice to Have (Not Required)Comfortable personally capturing photo or short-form video when neededLight editing skills (photo and short-form video)Who You Are4–7 years experience in content, brand, media, or creative operationsComfortable owning both strategy and executionOrganized, detail-oriented, and process-drivenHigh taste level with strong creative instinctsHungry, proactive, and excited to build in an early-stage environmentWilling to travel and be on the ground when it mattersExperience in luxury, lifestyle, fashion, sports, or culture is a plus.
