Sr. Process Chemical Engineer

CONTRACTOR: Senior Level Process Engineering ProfessionalCOSTELLO, a chemical engineering firm is searching for a Sr. Process Engineer for the Redondo Beach office.  ** PLEASE NO CALLS OR WALK INS ** NO RECRUITERS **IN PERSON POSITION** The successful candidate will possess the following attributes and skills:•          B.S. in Chemical Engineering•          15+ years’ experience, engineering plant design a plus, expertise in refining operations and/or chemicalplants a plus•          Prepare process simulations•          Develop PFDs/P&IDs, hydraulic & relief calculations and PSV sizing, process equipment and instrument datasheets, review process data for line lists, prepare and review process descriptions and study reports•          Must have demonstrated ability to interpret results based on sound technical analysis•          Position requires strong verbal and written communications skills at all levels•          Must be a team player in a large industrial environment•          Must have the ability to resolve complex and multi-faceted problems in a fast-paced environment•          Ability to lead a team, learn new skills, assume new responsibilities, train staff, work cooperatively in a teamenvironment, work with cross-functional teams, problem solve and drive solutions to meet internal andexternal customer requirements•          Hands-on individual with detailed trouble shooting capabilities•          Skilled in engineering level mathematics MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint Project•          Familiarity with process simulation programs EMAIL YOUR RESUME WITH RELEVANT EXPERIENCE TO DISTRIBUTION@RCCOSTELLO.COM
