There is no better place in Texas to sell cars than Northwest Hyundai.ResponsibilitiesHelps customers with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policiesConducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits and all other rules of the road are followedNegotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashionHelps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirementsMaintains accurate sales documentationMaintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotionsAttends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as requiredHelps educate/train new staff membersPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements: QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredVerifiable sales performance (any industry)Demonstrated ability to close salesNegotiation expertiseAble to achieve goals with limited direct supervisionNeat, clean, and professional appearanceExcellent customer service focusExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenExcellent computer and Microsoft Office skillsUnrestricted driver's license and clean driving recordNorthwest Hyundai is always looking for talented, self-motivated individuals to join our team.
