DSP (Direct Support Professional)

*Job Summary* We are seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to provide care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will assist with daily activities, monitor patient well-being, and ensure a safe and nurturing environment. *Duties* - Develop and implement care plans for individuals - Monitor vital signs and observe patient behavior - Provide hands-on patient care and assistance with daily living activities - Offer emotional support and companionship to individuals in group homes or home health settings - Administer CPR or first aid if necessary - Maintain a clean and organized living space for patients *Qualifications* - Previous experience in caregiving, hospice care, or related field preferred - Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and care practices - CPR certification is required - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong communication skills and empathy towards individuals in need Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.68 - $19.77 per hour Expected hours: 31.5 per week Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: On the road
