PowerBi Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Backend Developer who thrives on architecting data solutions and building robust, scalable Power BI models. This role is ideal for someone who is not just technically strong, but also creative in how they connect and shape data to drive business insights.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement end-to-end Power BI solutions, from data ingestion to report delivery.Architect and optimize data models that support complex reporting needs.Develop and maintain Power Query (M language) transformations and DAX measures.Connect to and integrate data from multiple sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, cloud services, etc.).Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable data models.Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and row-level security in Power BI datasets.Be creative and resourceful in joining disparate data sources and solving data challenges.Support and mentor analysts or junior developers on Power BI best practices.Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.Strong expertise in Power Query (M) and DAX.Proven experience in data modeling, ETL, and data architecture.Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and data modeling in Excel.Deep understanding of relational databases and SQL.Ability to think creatively and strategically about data relationships and transformations.Experience working with large datasets and optimizing performance.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Required Skills : Very Strong Power BI Skills, Power Query Skills and DAX measures Must have 10/10 communication skills Needs to be bale to achitect and build robust, scalable Power BI ModelsBasic Qualification :Additional Skills :100% remote, will start off as a 3 month project, could get extended based on performance I have Interview times for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
