Software Developer, Senior

About the Role: The company is seeking a Senior Software Developer to build scalable data infrastructure and machine-learning-driven systems. This role involves developing data pipelines, creating financial modeling and analytics tools, and designing high-performance software solutions. The developer will work closely with quantitative researchers and company leadership, contribute to technical strategy, and help develop reliable systems that support the company's fintech products and services.

Key Responsibilities: Build scalable data ingestion and processing pipelines. Develop machine-learning-driven financial modeling and analytics tools. Design, develop, and optimize high-performance software systems. Collaborate with quantitative researchers and leadership to develop technical solutions. Integrate applications and systems with fintech platforms and financial institutions. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy. Support the development and improvement of scalable data and ML-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications: At least 5 years of software development experience. Strong production-level Python programming skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of development responsibilities. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience mentoring software engineers. Experience in fintech or financial modeling.
