Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in general Manufacturing Facility Maintenance, HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical work to support a complex, high-performance operational environment. This role is essential to maintaining safe, stable, and efficient facility operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including ventilation, air handling, and climate control equipmentTroubleshoot electrical systems, controls, and general facility infrastructureConduct routine preventative maintenance and maintain accurate service recordsDiagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtimeSupport installation of new equipment and facility upgradesMonitor and maintain building systems, including lighting, motors, and related equipmentCollaborate with internal teams to ensure operational continuityFollow all safety procedures, regulatory requirements, and company protocolsProvide on-call support for urgent maintenance needs as requiredRequired SkillsQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or related fieldStrong working knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical systemsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagramsSolid mechanical aptitude across multiple systemsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyComfortable working with tools, ladders, and general facility equipmentDesired SkillsPreferred QualificationsEPA certificationExperience in commercial or industrial environmentsFamiliarity with automated systems or controlsTrade school or technical training in HVAC, electrical, or maintenance (Please don't apply if you don't have any of these) About Bloom CannabisBloom Cannabis is proud to be one of the largest family-owned cannabis companies in the nation.
