Daily:Making copies and pulling back up documentation for customer’s requestsPulling / prepping files for attorney / credit managerLog credit apps on log fileCreate cover sheets for credit applicationsPrepare and send references, pull reports and prepare applications for credit approvalPrepare and send approval/declined letters for applicationsScanning documents into OnbaseAssist with credit lines and inbound calls from customersAssist with lien waiversEnter notice information on the CDI websiteMonthly:Assist with lien lettersAssist with record retention / shredding documentsEducation and Experience:High school diploma or GEDExperiences in Credit / ARSkills:Customer serviceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and help to lead change through the organizationQualifications:Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, strong operational focus, and team playerAbility to work independentlyInteracts well with external customersEnergetic, forward-thinking, self-directed, possessing professional imageStrong initiative and follow-upStrong ability to multitask in a high volume fast paced environment.High level of computer literacy is required with particular emphasis on:Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)Command AlkonKnowledge of OnBase software helpfulBlueSky Resource Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
