B2B Content Writer
Financial and auto lending client is seeking a B2B Content Writer to work with their team. This is a 30 hour/week contract opportunity that extends through September 2026. You must be able to work onsite in a hybrid capacity in the Irvine, CA office.The ideal candidate is a B2B Content Writer with deep experience in financial services and auto lending to support a high-volume, multi-brand marketing team. You're a self-starter who can quickly onboard, tell compelling stories with minimal direction, and seamlessly collaborate with a senior content writer in a fast-paced environment.Must Haves:-Proven B2B content writing experience (B2C backgrounds will not be considered)-Marketing experience within the financial services industry (banking, lending, financing, community financial institutions, auto lending)-Specific experience with auto lending content-Strong storytelling ability and excellent research skills-Be flexible working with East Coast and Central time zonesNice to Have:-Experience using Meltwater or similar platforms for media intelligence, social listening, or PR distribution-Familiarity with AI-supported content workflows (not required for content generation)Key Responsibilities:-Write and support long-form B2B content across multiple brands, including byline articles, media pitches, website copy and articles, research reports, blogs, whitepapers, and thought leadership content-Collaborate closely with a primary content writer in a support role, requiring minimal training or oversight-Research topics thoroughly to develop accurate, insightful, and story-driven content-Follow established brand guidelines, AP writing style, and marketing best practices-Contribute within a modern content workflow, including light use of AI tools and media platformsReply with your resume, portfolio and any relevant financial samples for consideration.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
