Takes pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. 🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair RV systems and components. Perform general repairs across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, etc.) Complete preventative maintenance and warranty work Prioritize work orders and handle urgent service requests. Accurately document repairs, parts usage, and work performed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all shop procedures, safety standards, and company policiesDeliver high-quality workmanship and maintain strong customer satisfaction (CSI) Requirements✅ What We're Looking ForMinimum 1 year of technician experience (RV, automotive, marine, or related field preferred) OR basic mechanical experience with a strong willingness to learn Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (for higher-level roles) Ability to read and understand wiring schematics (preferred) Experience in plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical repair is a plus Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must provide own basic hand/shop tools Comfortable using tablet-based technology for work orders and documentation Valid driver's license preferred 💡 Certifications (RVIA/RVDA, ASE, etc.) are a plus—but not required.We provide on-the-job training and support for certification advancement.💪 Physical & Work RequirementsAbility to lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. with assistance. Comfortable with standing, bending, stooping, and crawling for extended periods.
