We take pride in our innovative approach, sustainable practices, and commitment to building strong communities.We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead construction projects and help drive our continued success. This position will include managing projects in the Boise area as well as some projects in Valley County, which may require commuting and occasional overnight stays.Job DescriptionAs a Construction Manager at Core Building Company, you will oversee all phases of the construction process. Your leadership will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage on-site construction operations and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Supervise and coordinate construction workers, subcontractors, and jobsite activities.Enforce compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets project specifications.Coordinate with project managers, architects, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.Resolve on-site issues and conflicts in a professional and effective manner.Maintain accurate records of construction progress, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.QualificationsMinimum of 15 years of experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar construction leadership role.Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, safety regulations, and building codes.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.BenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth insuranceDental insurancePaid time offSupportive and dynamic work environmentOpportunities for career advancement and professional developmentOpportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects throughout the Boise area and beyondRequirementsAbility to commute to Meridian, ID 83646.Ability to relocate to Meridian, ID 83646 before starting work, if applicable.Willingness to commute to Valley County projects and stay overnight when needed.How to ApplyPlease email your resume to jason@corebuildingco.com.
