About Columbia Basin Hospital Columbia Basin Hospital is a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital serving patients across Grant County and the surrounding Columbia Basin region. The hospital provides emergency care, inpatient services, swing bed care, and outpatient services, all centered around delivering high quality care close to home. Teams here work closely together. Why This Role Matters In rural healthcare, hospitalists are essential to keeping care close to home. In this role, you will: Provide comprehensive inpatient care including admissions, rounding, and discharge coordination Manage swing bed patients and support care transitions Collaborate closely with nurses, providers, and multidisciplinary teams Support patients and families through important and often complex moments You will practice with a broader scope, deeper relationships, and a stronger sense of purpose.
