Columbia Basin Hospital is a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital serving patients across Grant County and the surrounding Columbia Basin region.
The hospital provides emergency care, inpatient services, swing bed care, and outpatient services, all centered around delivering high quality care close to home.

Why This Role Matters

In this role, you will:
Provide comprehensive inpatient care including admissions, rounding, and discharge coordination
Manage swing bed patients and support care transitions
Collaborate closely with nurses, providers, and multidisciplinary teams
Support patients and families through important and often complex moments
You will practice with a broader scope, deeper relationships, and a stronger sense of purpose.
The Opportunity
7 on 7 off schedule supporting strong work life balance
Approximately 21 working weeks per year
24 hour coverage including in house and on call responsibilities
Opportunity to maintain and expand procedural skills
Participation in medical staff meetings and quality initiatives
What You Will Bring
MD or DO with an unrestricted Washington State license
Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Current BLS and ACLS certificationsExperience managing acute, chronic, and critical conditions
Comfort practicing in a rural or semi rural environment
Compensation and Benefits Highlights
Salary: $220,000 – $275,000 depending on experience
