Sales Representative – AT&T (Paid Training)

At Catalyst Point, we partner with AT&T to deliver reliable wireless and internet solutions to local businesses across the Charlotte area. We’re currently hiring motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training, hands-on mentorship, and clear growth potential. No prior telecom experience is required — we’re looking for driven individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build real skills in sales and customer engagement. What You’ll Do Engage with local businesses in assigned territories to introduce AT&T wireless and internet solutions Build rapport, ask the right questions, and recommend services tailored to each customer’s needs Educate customers on available products, promotions, and service options Provide a professional, positive experience from first interaction through enrollment Work alongside a supportive team and leadership group focused on growth and development Continuously improve sales and communication skills through training and coaching What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or event experience is a plus (not required) Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Comfortable working in a performance-based environment Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture Reliable transportation for daily travel to the office and assigned territories Compensation & Schedule Pay: Performance-based earnings averaging $800–$1,400 per week Training: Paid, hands-on training provided Work Environment In-office collaboration plus field-based sales activity Business-to-Business (B2B) sales with local companies Supportive team culture with clear growth opportunities Why Join Catalyst Point?
