Memory Care Manager

Job Title: Memory Care Manager Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead our nursing and direct care staff in providing exceptional resident care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a commitment to staff development, and a thorough understanding of clinical operations within assisted living and memory care settings. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Staff Development - Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to nurses and direct care staff. - Supervise and support Resident Care Associates, including training, assigning duties, and managing recognition or disciplinary actions as needed. Clinical Operations & Resident Care - Oversee day-to-day clinical services to ensure all residents healthcare needs are met with dignity and respect. - Monitor and adapt individualized care plans in response to changes in residents health conditions. - Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to assisted living and memory care. - Oversee medication management processes, including medication administration records (MARs) and pharmacy coordination. Qualifications: - Degree in Nursing (LPN). - Current nursing license and relevant certifications. - Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting. - Strong knowledge of clinical operations and regulatory compliance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
