Pre-Litigation Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney

This role will be a hybrid opportunity handling 80-120 pre-litigation cases for motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slip & falls, habitability cases, and workplace accidents. This role is for an attorney with 5-15 years of experience that wants to handle every case with a unique approach that's best for the victim. This is not a law firm that uses templates and is high volume, they're meticulous and go above and beyond for clients. This role will pay a base salary of up to 200k plus 50k in annual retention bonus, annual bonus, and after the first year will receive settlement fee percentages.
