Production & Assembly (Final Assembly / Fabrication / Painters)Location: Hastings, NE Pay: $15-$20/hour (based on position & experience); pay increases quickly with strong performance Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Job OverviewWe are currently hiring for Production, Assembly and Painter roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Team members will be involved in final assembly, fabrication, painting and other production duties as needed. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow their skills. Training is available based on ability and experience. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform final assembly and fabrication of products Operate within production processes including painting and finishing Assist with crating, packaging, and shipping preparation Follow work instructions, blueprints and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Support team with additional production tasks as assigned Position HighlightsPainter: Spray gun experience (automotive or residential) is helpful but not required Crater: Woodworking, shipping/receiving or logistics experience is a plus Fabrication: Experience with shear press, brake press or lasers is beneficial Final Assembly: Mechanical or maintenance background preferred RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Comfortable standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance is a must Ability to multitask in a production environment Preferred (Not Required) SkillsMechanical or construction experience Ability to read and understand blueprints Welding and grinding experience Strong communication and organizational skills Why Apply?Competitive starting pay with growth potential Hands-on training opportunities Stable, full-time schedule with weekends off Opportunity to advance based on performance Apply today to start your career in production and manufacturing!gethiredhastings
