Maintains accurate records of all Board of Directors meetings, including hard copy and digital. Responsible for transcribing and delivering all meeting minutes to include regular board meetings, special board meetings, general council, and semi-annual general council, directives, and resolutions/ordinance to archival storage.COMPENSATION: $23.25Minimum Required EducationHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent.Minimum Related ExperienceTwo (2) years of experience working in an office environment.Two (2) years of computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs.Two (2) years of experience maintaining confidentiality.Two (2) years of experience working with Tribal Policies and Procedures.Two (2) years of experience in customer service.Skills TestingTyping- 35 WPMRequired Licenses/Certifications/PrerequisitesMust be an enrolled Tulalip Tribal Member. WA State Driver’s License. (Personal Auto Insurance)Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulation.
