We are currently seeking an experiencedFull-time Special Projects Supervisor with high integrity and professionalism who can join ourteam on operations CONUS & OCONUS in a remote capacity to support Surefox NorthAmerica’s strategic growth initiatives. A Special Projects Supervisor will assist the AssistantProgram Manager on uniquely assigned projects by acting as a liaison between Surefox and itsclients while providing a wide array of domestic and international security support and crossfunctional collaboration to ensure the safety and security of client personnel, operations, assetsand global reputation. While serving in this leadership role, you will ensure that quality ofservice is being maintained, and identify ways in which Surefox can be more efficient andeffective in its responsibilities. You will ensure all officers and subordinate leadership assignedto your deployment are performing their duties in accordance with client policies andprocedures, and all state, federal, and international regulations. Other responsibilities includebut are not limited to: ; manage and coordinate protective services teams as they provideoverwatch and security for our high valued clients while they travel or attend special events;Tactical Operations Center (TOC) supervisor to synchronize operations amongst adjacentprograms conducting 24-hour operations; as well as facilitating training development coursematerial gathered from industry standards. Candidates for this role are expected to exhibitexceptional managerial skills and close attention to detail; someone who works independentlyon assignments and has the ability to liaise and coordinate with supporting or adjacent teams,agencies, or vendors to ensure clients security requirements are met in a timely andprofessional manner. As we encourage veterans and candidates that are currently in themilitary reserve to apply, we welcome all who share the same passions for protection as we do.We are not offering visa sponsorship for this position at this time.What You Will DoAssist with development and implementation of complete security and logistical plans fordomestic and international travel.Responsible for coordinating protection and protective management within SurefoxProtective Services with a focus on life safety and operational excellence.Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with executive teams as well as publicand private sector partners as part of Surefox Protective Services overall strategic plan.Ensure all employees and supervisors remain in compliance with Surefox and clientspecific policies/ procedures.Supervise protective service teams consisting of Surefox personnel and thirdparties ranging from details of 2 people to large event support upwards of 20peopleWork independently or with teams while adapting to dynamic operating environmentsAssist in the development of new training modules and improve existing trainingmaterial to support client requirements and facilitate organizational growthInstruct training courses either in-person or digital platform as required for accountslocated around the United StatesConduct research to identify, understand, and integrate industry best practicesinto Surefox training programsManage all TOC operations in accordance with published protocols and guidance fromthe COS officeCoordinate any deployment changes with appropriate Program Managers tomaximize operational footprint while meeting client expectationsTrain, mentor, manage, and coach assigned supervisors and employees through formaland informal feedback through the Surefox Counseling programAudit Time and Attendance on HRIS for respective areasEnsure employee break schedules are in compliance with federal and stateregulationsEnsure any mobile employees adhere to Surefox vehicle SOPs as well as applicablefederal and state laws and regulations while operating company vehiclesWhat Is RequiredMust be eligible for employment within the United StatesMust be a minimum of 18 years old per state licensing guidelinesMust be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screeningMust be willing to travel as requiredMust have a current BSIS guard card or eligible to qualify for guard cardMust have a high school diploma or GEDAssociates Degree or equivalent2 years of experience in a supervisory roleAbility to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgroundsMust have strong judgment and decision making skills, and the ability to think on yourfeetMust be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructionsMust be able to supervise and mentor up and coming leaders, and work as part of ateam with fellow managers and senior managementMust have the aptitude and willingness to learn your role quickly, and individual initiativeto identify and improve any process or issue that you discover in your roleDisplay strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applicationsPossess a valid and current driver licenseValid U.S PassportAbility to work nights and weekends as requiredAbility to work autonomously, domestically and internationallyAdvanced medical and evasive driving experienceFully vaccinated status related to COVID-19 as defined by the Centers for DiseaseControl and Prevention (CDC) by anticipated start date and ability to provide proof uponrequestWhat Is DesiredMilitary Background is a plusBachelor’s Degree or equivalentMilitary, security or law enforcement related experience preferredCourse Certification in any of the following:○ First Aid / CPR / BLSASIS or BSIS approved Executive Protection Training CoursesASIS recognized professional driving courseIf you share our values and are ready to build your next career, we want to hear from you!
