The Accounting Manager will oversee the preparation of financial statements, analyze financial data, manage journal entries, and monitor fixed assets. The role also includes responsibilities related to financial planning, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and identifying opportunities for financial process improvements. Collaboration with other departments to provide accurate financial insights and support business objectives will be key to this role.QualificationsProven experience in preparing and analyzing Financial StatementsStrong Analytical Skills for financial data interpretation and decision-makingStrong Understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP systemProficiency in Journal Entries (Accounting) and understanding of general ledger functionsComprehensive knowledge of Finance principles and reportingExperience with managing and tracking Fixed AssetsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or progress toward obtaining it is a plusProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines
