The ideal candidate will be:Passionate about all aspects of sport!Personable, diligent, and pride themselves on their managerial skills.Results driven with a desire to set goals and achieve them.Effective at finding solutions and solving problems.Outstanding communicators.Staff AccountantSupport month-end and year-end accounting close.Assist in the preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.Prepare and input journal entries and make appropriate accruals.Assist in the preparation of monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts; cash, prepaids, fixed assets, accruals, etc.Assist in the preparation of monthly and year to date profit and loss statements, with comparison of actual vs. budget.Assist in the preparation of balance sheets schedules and profit and loss reports to meet monthly reporting requirements.Assist in the preparation of Accounts Receivable (Delinquency / Aging Reports).Assist in the preparation of Accounts Payable (Aging Reports).Maintain fixed asset schedule.Assist in the preparation of documentation for external auditors.REQUIREDBS in Accountancy a must.Strong leadership skills.Ability to confidently communicate.Knowledge of NetSuite a plus.Strong time management and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.Attention to detail.
