Shipping and Receiving Team Leader

PURPOSE Lead the shipping department to pull, pack and ship orders. BASIC FUNCTION Assist in receiving materials and Inventory Control. Contacting trucking companies to ship product. UPS shipments, Fed Ex and any other shipments. Create kits and build pneumatic assemblies. RESPONSIBILITIES To ship all bulk orders on time. To keep backorders at a minimum. DUTIES To assist in receiving materials from vendors. Inventory control. Operate a forklift. Making contact with trucking companies to ensure timely delivery of finished product. POSITION REQUIREMENTS The position requires you to be able to 50 – 75 pounds. You must be able to stand for long periods of time.
