Requirements
Experience identifying bugs in architecture, algorithms, functionality, and performance with strong overall debugging skills
Experience in communication theory, OFDM, MIMO, Digital/Wireless Communication Systems or RF engineering
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience in Wi‑Fi/BT/BLE/ZigBee/WAN/GPS/UWB or NFC
Experience with scripting languages and simulation tools such as Python/MatLab, and etc
(Desirable) Master's degree or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
(Desirable) Experience developing PHY/MAC layer HW/SW targeting SoCs, FPGAs, and general-purpose processors
(Desirable) Experience in wireless system design and architecture, system integration, and RF system analysis
(Desirable) Experience in RFIC or Custom wireless chipset development
What the job involves
Define wireless architecture for consumer electronics devices
Define key performance metric and drive modeling efforts to predict end-to-end system performance
Perform gap analysis and system performance optimization across radio, PHY, MAC, firmware and software
