ACT Team Clinician

Essential ResponsibilitiesAssertive Community Treatment (ACT) is a client centered, recovery oriented, mental health service delivery system. The ACT Clinician provides community based psychosocial rehabilitation services for individuals with the most severe mental illness. The ACT Clinician plans, coordinates, provides and monitors therapeutic, rehabilitative, support and community integration services to assist individuals to integrate as independently and fully into the life of the community as possible. The ACT Clinician works collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, and must demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, decision making and safety consciousness to assure safety and appropriate treatment for consumers in the community.QualificationsMasters Degree in psychology social work, psychosocial rehabilitation or related human services field; 2 years' experience in community based psychosocial rehabilitation treatment or Case Management Services; Must have a valid driver's license.BenefitsWe offer an excellent benefit package which includes medical, dental, life and disability insurance; four weeks paid time off, eight paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, Flexible Spending Accounts, and a 403(b) retirement savings plan.
