Active State Physical Therapy License in Washington required to start the assignment. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.
