Janitorial - Night Crew Member

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and hardworking Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the floors in our client's commercial buildings. Your duties will include: Operating and maintaining floor cleaning equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors. Performing a variety of floor care tasks, such as stripping and waxing floors, scrubbing and buffing, and shampooing carpets. Removing dirt, stains, and other debris from floors and carpets. Assisting with routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing floors, walls, and surfaces, when covering for absent janitors. Communicating with supervisors to ensure operational requirements are met. Maintaining accurate records of cleaning activities and inventory of supplies. Complying with all safety and health regulations and guidelines. To be successful in this role, you should have: Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies. Ability to learn how to operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
