PET/CT Technologist – Siemens Biograph mCT

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced PET/CT Technologist to join a high-quality imaging team operating a Siemens Biograph mCT PET/CT scanner in a research-driven environment. This role is ideal for a technologist who values precision, patient care, and contributing to advanced oncology and Alzheimer’s research trials. Equipment Details Manufacturer: Siemens PET/CT Model: Biograph mCT Software Version: VG70 Slices: 128 Scanner Year: 2010 Schedule Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Occasional Saturday coverage may be required Patient Volume (Approximate) 5–8 PET scans per day 10–15 CT scans per day, depending on exam complexity Key Responsibilities Perform PET/CT imaging with a strong focus on oncology and Alzheimer’s studies Maintain exceptional attention to detail, particularly for research protocols and trials Demonstrate excellence in IV placement Ensure patient safety, comfort, and image quality Collaborate with clinical and research teams to meet protocol requirements Preferred Experience Prior experience with Cardiac PET and Cardiac CTA is preferred Willingness to learn cardiac imaging if not previously trained (training available) Required Certifications Nuclear Medicine Certification CT Certification What We’re Looking For Strong technical and clinical PET/CT skills Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for research and protocol compliance Professional, patient-focused approach Ability to manage workflow efficiently in a mixed PET/CT environment This is a great opportunity to work with advanced Siemens technology while contributing to meaningful research and high-quality patient care.
