Job DescriptionThe Recruiting function is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified talent to support business operations. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, partners with hiring managers, and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.Roles and ResponsibilitiesPlans and executes full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingPartners with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategiesManages job postings, applicant tracking systems, and candidate pipelinesConducts interviews and coordinates interview processes with internal stakeholdersEnsures compliance with employment laws and company hiring policiesBuilds and maintains relationships with external recruiting agencies, universities, and community partnersSupports employer branding and recruitment marketing initiativesPrepares recruitment reports and analyzes hiring metricsWork ExperienceMinimum EducationBachelor’s degree or equivalentMajor in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum Skills and ExperienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of recruitment processes and employment regulationsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationPreferred EducationHR-related certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)Preferred Skills and ExperienceExperience in manufacturing or industrial recruitingFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Experience with high-volume or technical recruitingKnowledge of U.S. labor laws and hiring practicesBenefitsEmployment ConditionsDuring the initial setup phase of the company, employer-sponsored benefits (including health insurance) may not be immediately available upon hire. As a result, newly hired employees may be required to maintain their prior employer-sponsored health coverage through COBRA for a transitional period until company-sponsored benefits become effective.The Company will cover the cost of COBRA continuation coverage during this transition period in accordance with applicable policies and guidelines. The Company will also provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition to its benefit programs.
