Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector will perform off line quality inspections on parts and packaging for new programs. Ensure the quality standards are met or exceeded for the customer.Essential FunctionsOff-line quality inspection of the following product:Safe Launch of new program partsNon-Safe Launch Product:Parts with recent customer defect/issueParts with known history of quality issuesKnowledge of part work instructions including correct packaging and labelingCommunication with shipping to prioritize inspection orderCommunication with program management/quality department for new program specificationsCommunication with team leaders/quality techs/shift supervisors for any potential quality issueMay be asked to work flexible hoursRequired Education And ExperienceHigh School Diploma/GED Required. One to three months plastic injection molding experience and/or training is preferred. Plastic Injection Molding background is helpful. Demonstrated ability to be a reliable, responsible team player focused on producing a top quality product.
