General SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Financial Consultant to support strategic decision-making and enhance financial performance within a healthcare environment. This role operates with minimal supervision and involves managing complex financial projects, collaborating with clinical leadership, and driving operational and financial improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage complex financial projects involving cross-functional teamsPartner with clinical departments (e.g., ER, Pathology, Pharmacy) to support financial operationsDevelop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reportsBuild and present business cases for new or expanding departmentsAnalyze financial data to identify performance improvement opportunitiesDesign and implement improved financial processes and systemsConduct data gathering, stakeholder interviews, and workflow analysisPrepare and deliver presentations, reports, and recommendations to leadershipMonitor project timelines, priorities, and deliverablesProvide guidance and occasional oversight to team membersAct as a consultant on special projects across the organizationRequired Skills & Experience5–7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldPrior healthcare finance experience (required)Strong experience with:Budgeting & forecastingFinancial reporting & analysisBusiness case developmentExperience working with clinical and operational leadersProficiency in:OraclePeopleSoftEPICMicrosoft Office Suite (advanced Excel required)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders independentlyPreferred QualificationsPrevious consulting and/or supervisory experienceExperience leading cross-functional teams or projectsMaster’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldEducation RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required)Master’s Degree (preferred)Benefits:Pride Health offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
