This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, experimenting with modern development tools, and working closely with others to build high‑quality software.EducationA bachelor’s degree is preferred in one of the following fields:Computer ScienceInformation SystemsEngineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and maintain software applications under the guidance of senior team membersParticipate in in‑person collaborative coding sessions (Mob Programming) to solve problems and build features as a teamUse modern AI‑assisted development tools, including:Visual Studio Code with GitHub CopilotAWS AI Developer tools (e.g., Amazon Q, AWS Kiro)Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement effortsWork effectively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting collective successRequired Skills & ExperienceCoursework or hands‑on experience in computer programming (any modern language is acceptable)Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly in a team settingWillingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and development practicesPreferred SkillsFamiliarity with APIs, including how they are used and integratedBasic understanding of databases and data structuresExposure to cloud platforms or AI‑assisted development toolsInterest in agile or collaborative development practicesWhat We’re Looking For
