We're rapidly growing and are looking for a motivated seasonal team member to join us for this summer!If you love working outdoors, helping people, and looking for an opportunity to learn a new skill while getting great pay, look no further!ABOUT THE JOBAs a Seasonal Pest Control Technician, you'll work one on one with customers, providing high-quality service and professionalism while representing the face of Fenix. This role is season running through the end of August to September (Flexible), with the potential to return for future seasons or grow into a long-term opportunity.ResponsibilitiesBuild rapport with customers by explaining services and answering questions.Use extension poles to remove spider webs and insects nests from exterior surfaces.Treat both the interior and exterior of homes, focusing on pest access points.No crawl spaces, attics, roofs, or animal trapping involved.Safe, effective products-no need for respirators or masks.No sales required.QualificationsStrong customer services skillsValid Drivers licenseDetail-OrientedNo pest control license needed- We will train and guide you through certification.Must pass a background, drug screening, and driving record review.Pay, Benefits, & PerksBase pay or production-Whichever is higherCompany vehicle providedHousing provided if needed!Paid Training and licensing prep includedPerformance bonusesOpportunities for advancement after the seasonHours60 plus hours/week through AugustMonday-Saturday 7am start; end times vary by dayFull Summer commitment required; ideal for college students or those seeking seasonal income.Hiring start date early to mid May!
