Job Description Job Title: Marina DockHand & Guest Services AssociateCompany: Hillside ResortLocation: Wentworth, SD (Lake Madison)Job Type: Part-Time / Seasonal (Summer)Job Description:Hillside Resort is looking for a reliable, hardworking Marina Dockhand & Guest Services Associate to join our team for the summer season. This is a fun, active role where you'll be working outside, interacting with guests on the marina side, and helping keep things running smoothly on the dock.You'll assist with boat rentals, help guests on and off boats, and keep the dock and rental boats clean and ready to go. If you like staying busy, being around the water, and working with people, this is a great fit.Responsibilities:Assist guests with docking and launching boatsHelp load/unload guests safely and efficientlySupport boat rentals (pontoon, tiki boat, etc.)Clean and maintain rental boats and dock areasKeep dock and waterfront areas clean and organizedMonitor safety around the dock and waterCommunicate clearly with captains, bar, and restaurant staffHelp with basic maintenance and upkeep of equipmentProvide a positive, helpful experience for all guestsJump in and help wherever neededQualifications:Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong work ethic and positive attitudeGood communication and awareness (safety is key)Ability to stay calm and move quickly in a busy environmentMust be reliable and punctualWeekend and evening availability requiredAbility to lift 25–50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periodsBoating knowledge is a plus, but not required (we will train)Schedule & Compensation:Hours will vary based on weather and business levels.Competitive hourly pay + tips.
