The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, enhancing, and maintaining Spotfire dashboards and visualizations that support the upstream segment of our oil and gas operations. This role requires a deep understanding of upstream oil and gas data, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesDashboard Development:Design, develop, and maintain Spotfire dashboards and visualizations.Customize Spotfire templates to meet the specific needs of upstream data analysis.Implement advanced data visualization techniques to provide clear insights and actionable intelligence.Data Integration And ManagementIntegrate various data sources into Spotfire, including databases, Excel files, and real-time data streams.Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all visualizations and reports.Perform data cleansing, transformation, and aggregation as necessary.Collaboration And CommunicationWork closely with geologists, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide appropriate visualization solutions.Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration.Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Performance OptimizationOptimize the performance of Spotfire dashboards and visualizations for large datasets.Implement best practices in data visualization to ensure efficient and user-friendly dashboards.Training And SupportProvide training and support to end-users on Spotfire functionality and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Spotfire dashboards and data visualizations.
