Pharmacist Location: Madison, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,892 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacist Inpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day and Mid Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 2 years License: WI pharmacy license required Certifications: PharmD, RPh, BLS preferred Must-Have: Epic experience required Inpatient/Acute care experience Travel experience required Description: Inpatient Pharmacist position available with rotating shifts. Coverage required every third weekend. First-time travelers are not accepted. Two years of experience is required. A PharmD and WI pharmacy license are mandatory. BLS certification is preferred. Epic experience is required. Skills in pharmacokinetic dosing, renal dosing, and therapeutic medication monitoring are essential. Familiarity with drug shortage management and pharmacotherapy management for medical problems is necessary. Scrubs will be provided for this role. Travelers must comply with shaving requirements for mask fit testing. Specific respiratory protective equipment will not be provided. Failure to follow fit testing requirements may result in cancellation. All clinicians cannot work more than one year as a traveler and must take a six-month break to return. Candidates must have previous charge experience and experience with a patient ratio of 30. Community hospital experience is preferred. Various patient age groups will be encountered, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Daily census will be approximately 330.
