Job Duties
Operate process machinery following established procedures and safety standards
Follow work instructions, drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols
Make simple machine adjustments to meet product specifications
Load and unload subcomponents using material handling tools and equipment
Inspect components for proper materials, dimensions, and finishes to ensure quality standards are met
Learn to differentiate between various product sizes, compounds, and finishes
Coordinate material movement to support production schedules
Maintain accurate records and support production tracking as needed
Schedule Monday Friday 5:00am-1:30pm
Pay $23.25 $26.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience as a process machine operator
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Basic computer skills, including ability to learn Excel and read spreadsheets
Ability to use job-specific measuring tools such as thickness or radius gauges
Comfortable standing and walking for most of the shift
