From ultra-pigmented eyeshadows to advanced cosmetic formulations, LuminaMica collaborates with brands, contract manufacturers, and ingredient distributors to enhance product performance and accelerate time-to-market success.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, remote role for a Cosmetic Sales Representative, with a strong focus on new business development within the color cosmetics and personal care industry.Candidates based in Texas are strongly preferred.The Cosmetic Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and acquiring new customers, including beauty brands, contract manufacturers, and formulation labs. This is a hunter-style sales role, focused on building a robust pipeline, initiating outreach, and converting prospects into long-term customers.Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting product presentations, managing sample and qualification processes, and closing new business opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to support product selection, technical inquiries, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from initial engagement to commercial success.The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently to drive revenue growth and expand LuminaMica’s presence in the U.S. market.QualificationsStrong communication and customer engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makersProven experience in sales and new business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targetsExperience managing a sales pipeline, from prospecting through closingAbility to work independently in a remote environment and take full ownership of territory growthExperience in the cosmetics, beauty, or personal care industry is strongly preferredFamiliarity with B2B sales to brands, contract manufacturers, or formulation labs is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
