This role serves as a critical advisor to leaders, translating business priorities into people solutions that drive engagement, capability building, organizational effectiveness, and scalable growth. The ideal candidate is an action-oriented, data-driven leader with exceptional communication and influencing skills, and deep expertise in organizational development, talent management, change leadership, communications, and business partnership. This individual will design and implement forward-looking people strategies aligned with Mosai’s mission, values, and evolving business objectives, while helping build a high-performance culture that enables sustained success.Job DutiesPeople & Culture Business PartneringServe as a strategic advisor to leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities to drive performance, growth, and organizational effectiveness.Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, and culture to support Mosai’s long-term vision and operating model.Provide executive coaching and guidance on performance, succession, employee relations, leadership effectiveness, and team dynamics to build high-performing organizations.Lead transformation initiatives including change management, operating model evolution, and organizational redesign to improve scalability and business outcomes.Leverage workforce analytics and business insights to identify risks, inform decisions, and strengthen retention, engagement, productivity, and capability building.Drive enterprise talent strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and critical talent identification to build bench strength and support growth.Influence culture and cross-functional people initiatives (compensation, talent acquisition, learning, and rewards) to reinforce values, enable adoption, and deliver consistent execution through change.Internal Communications and Change LeadershipLead strategic internal communications initiatives that strengthen organizational alignment, transparency, engagement, and understanding of business priorities.Develop and deliver executive messaging, organizational updates, and change communications that support transformation efforts, reinforce culture, and drive adoption of key initiatives.Partner with leadership to ensure communications effectively enable change, build trust, and support organizational performance.Organizational Development & Talent ManagementSupport programs focused on leadership development, performance management, and career growthHelp design and implement scalable people and talent initiativesFacilitate training sessions, workshops, and employee feedback activities as neededDesign, manage, and facilitate various organization-wide leadership meetings to ensure alignment, collaboration, and progress toward strategic goalsStrategic ProjectsLead and collaborate on cross-functional People & Culture projects and initiativesDrive continuous improvement across people programs, processes, and employee experienceContribute to culture-building and engagement efforts across the organizationAll other job-related duties as assignedMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5 or more years of experience in the people and culture spaceExperience working with executive leaders as a strategic partnerExperience leveraging data to drive performance management and people strategyStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to manage projects and influence across teamsStrong facilitation skills, both in-person and remotelyAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligencePreferred Skills And ExperienceExperience in high-growth or scaling organizationsBackground in organizational development, talent management, or internal communicationsExperience leading teams through organizational changeExperience creating Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflowsExperience crafting SharePoint pages and sites to broadcast organizational informationWork EnvironmentSome travel (quarterly) may be requiredPhysical Demands of Our Work EnvironmentThis position uses a computer and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
