We are seeking an experienced Wealth Planner to join our office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience providing tax and estate planning services using domestic and foreign trust instruments.ResponsibilitiesProvide tax and estate planning services to domestic clients using various trust instruments such as Non-Grantor Trusts, Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts, domestic Asset Protection Trusts, and Spousal Lifetime Access Trusts.Advise foreign clients on the use of foreign trust arrangements.Collaborate with clients and their advisors to develop comprehensive wealth planning strategies.QualificationsQualified US attorney3-5 years of experience in wealth planning and trust servicesExpertise in both domestic and foreign trust instrumentsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.GPAC (Growing People and Companies) is an award-winning search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States since 1990.
