Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will be instrumental in keeping our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities - Fabricate, install, and repair various equipment and machinery - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating machinery - Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs or installations - Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment - Assist with general facilities maintenance tasks as needed -Daily upkeep of the property including trash removal, interior upkeep etc. Requirements - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to maintain and repair various types of equipment and machinery - Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals - Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures If you are a detail-oriented individual with a strong mechanical background and a passion for maintaining facilities, we encourage you to apply for this position.
