This is a ground-floor commercial role with real upside as we scale. WHAT YOU'LL OWN→ Lead all outbound and inbound sales efforts, from prospecting to close→ Build and manage a pipeline of brand and retailer prospects in the ecom and DTC space→ Develop proposals, pitch decks, and pricing conversations tailored to brand needs→ Partner directly with the founder on go-to-market strategy and deal structuring→ Own the CRM, tracking cadences, follow-ups, and conversion metrics→ Represent LYVE at industry events, brand calls, and partner introductions→ Provide market feedback that shapes our service offerings and positioning WHAT YOU BRING→ 2+ years in sales, BD, or partnerships within ecommerce, DTC, retail tech, or the creator economy→ Familiarity with TikTok Shop, live shopping, or social commerce→ Proven ability to close B2B deals — you know how brands buy agency services→ Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable pitching at all levels→ Self-starter mentality, you don't need a playbook handed to you→ Existing network of brand-side contacts is a strong plus→ Comfortable operating in an early-stage startup environment COMPENSATIONMonthly retainer (base pay)Commission on closed revenuePath to full-time as we scale
