Sr. Infrastructure Program Manager

Our Client is a global organization in the industry that has proven to survive the challenges of Covid-19. They make products that filter water, promote hygiene and provide infection prevention solutions and services to multiple industries hospitality, food producers, healthcare products, and services providers. The IT Infrastructure Project Manager will work on all projects and initiatives relating to network buildouts and upgrades at new and existing manufacturing locations amongst the Latin America Region. They will be managing workflow, scheduling assignments, evaluating the course of the project, and reporting its status to the management and stakeholders. This resource will work with integrated IT projects and business teams to outline project objectives, carry them to completion, and remain involved post go-live. *Responsibilities:* * Work closely with IT and the Business to propose and allocate budget across Global Infrastructure Projects. * Driving network build out and upgrade projects within new and existing warehouses. * Experience managing global projects across multiple regions. * Work closely with the Program Manager on major projects pertaining to expansion, integration, migration, ground-up build outs, and existing infrastructure improvements. * Responsible for detailed project documentation * Management of third party consultants, negotiating contracts, maintaining agreements and communicating project changes to the business * Lead project meetings, direct project correspondence by preparing and reviewing project proposals, coordinating with distributed teams and interacting heavily with network and infrastructure engineers. * Responsible for risk management, potential risks, technical issues and help develop solutions and risk mitigation plans. * Utilize various PPM project tracking tools to maintain a detailed record of priority project milestones and changes. * Plan and manage project schedules, hold everyone involved accountable for their part, follow-up with stakeholders with updates. *Requirements:* * Must have experience working within a manufacturing/distribution environment * Must have experience with IT network related projects datacenter builds, infrastructure upgrades, infrastructure integration (no hands-on networking required) * Experience with application integrations during network build outs/upgrades * Any experience with SAP required (S4Hana is a huge plus!) * Manage projects related to large scale rollouts of Wi-Fi, LAN, and WAN upgrades * Experience with managing projects relating to server room/datacenter installations and structured wiring buildouts. * Ability to manage several smaller scale infrastructure portfolio projects in tandem to major priorities, such as e-mail implementations, PC software rollouts, firewall deployments, etc. * Program management experience highly valued, keeping all active infrastructure related projects in mind while proposing solutions _MMD Services Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
