OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Motion Graphic Designer with world-class CGI capabilities and a refined, modern aesthetic. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, product visualization, and brand. You’ll create visually striking, high-concept motion work for a globally recognized, premium hardware brand.What You'll Be DoingLead the creation of high-end motion graphics and CGI-driven content across campaigns, digital, social, and brand experiencesDevelop cinematic, design-forward visuals that elevate product storytellingTranslate brand identity into motion systems that feel cohesive and premiumCollaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, and 3D teams to push conceptual boundariesOwn projects from concept through execution — including storyboards, animatics, and final deliveryContribute to the studio’s overall visual standard and aesthetic directionStay up-to-date on motion design trends, video storytelling techniques, and emerging technologies to continually elevate TP-Link creative output. RequirementsPLEASE PROVIDE LINK TO PORTFOLIO WITH APPLICATIONQualificationsBachelor's Degree required 6+ years experience in motion design, with a strong CGI portfolioProven work across with luxury or other premium hardware brandsAdvanced skills in tools like Cinema 4D, Houdini, Blender, or similarStrong understanding of lighting, materials, simulation, and renderingA sharp eye for design, composition, and pacingConceptual thinker — not just executionalExperience with pre-production & production skills are highly preferred Experience with 3D (Cinema4D & Blender or equivalent)Preferred ExperienceExperience with Redshift, Arnold, or OctaneHoudini or simulation work (fluid, particles, cloth)Real-time / Unreal Engine experienceStudio backgroundExperience working with global / Fortune 100 brandsKnowledge of emerging motion technologies, real-time rendering, or AI-assisted workflowsBenefitsSalary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 Free snacks and drinks.Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance (partial coverage for dependents) Contributions to 401k fundsBi-annual reviews, and annual pay increasesHealth and wellness benefits, including free gym membershipQuarterly team-building eventsAt TP-Link Systems Inc., we are continually searching for ambitious individuals who are passionate about their work.
